What I offer
Therapy services tailored to you
Whether you're navigating everyday stress, working through trauma, or seeking support for anxiety and depression, I offer compassionate, evidence-based care in a safe and welcoming space.
A space that's entirely yours
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy provides a confidential, one-on-one environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. Together we'll identify patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools to help you move forward.
My approach
I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and person-centered therapy — tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals.
What to expect
- A warm, non-judgmental space to talk openly
- Collaborative goal-setting at your own pace
- Practical strategies you can use between sessions
- Ongoing support as your needs evolve
Finding your way back to yourself
Anxiety & Depression Treatment
Anxiety and depression can make even ordinary days feel overwhelming. I help clients understand the roots of their distress, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and rebuild a sense of calm, purpose, and connection.
My approach
Treatment is grounded in CBT and Acceptance and Mindfulness-Based Counseling, with attention to the whole person — body, mind, and relationships. We work at a pace that feels manageable and meaningful to you.
What to expect
- Psychoeducation about anxiety and depression
- Tools to interrupt worry cycles and low mood
- Behavioral activation and values-based action
- Compassionate support through difficult emotions
Healing is possible
Trauma & PTSD Therapy
Trauma can leave lasting imprints on how we see ourselves and the world. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), I provide specialized, trauma-informed care that honors your experience and supports genuine healing — not just symptom management. I am also Part II Trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy.
My approach
I use evidence-based trauma therapies including Trauma-Focused CBT and somatic-informed approaches. Sessions are paced carefully, always prioritizing your safety and sense of control throughout the process.
What to expect
- Trauma-informed care from a certified specialist
- Safety and stabilization before processing
- Gradual, paced work at your comfort level
- Rebuilding trust, safety, and self-compassion

Fees & insurance
I believe financial concerns shouldn't be a barrier to getting support. Here's what you need to know.
Insurance
I accept most commercial insurance plans. Please reach out to confirm whether your specific plan is accepted before scheduling.
Payment
I accept all major credit cards. A credit card is required to be kept on file at all times to cover co-pays, co-insurance, and other administrative fees.
Out-of-network coverage
If I am not in-network with your insurance provider, I can provide a superbill — an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Ready to take the first step?
Reaching out is often the hardest part. I'm here to make it as easy as possible.
